More about the seperation

The seperation of Zainland is by far the most important event in Zainland history. Without this event Zainland would have never existed and would have been in a permanent state of terror and panic due to constant attacks and discrimination by the Aneeland government that were inforcing shoeism. These events mean a lot and there are even 3 holidays a year embracing this event.

The War of Zainland

The war of Zainland is the most detrimental event in Zainland history and it resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent Zainlandese people and the deaths of Aneeland people.
The war started when sailors from Aneeland invaded the country from the south and started spreading shoeism, tainting the minds of Zainlandese people. After these people declined the sailors forced them to believe in Shoeism and tortured and even killed them if they rejected it. Soon after the government found out and sent the small army that they had towards the south to take care of these people. Due to Zainland being very primitive compared to Aneeland the army was wiped out by Aneelands advanced technology and the government was furious

The government did not have much troops left to send out so they took innocent pickle farmers and made them into super soldiers by injecting them with a pickle serum that turned them into mindless soldiers that did whatever the government told them to do. The government sent out these soldiers to the south and the soldiers made short work of them. A few days later everything was going well until more sailors arrived and brought Aneeland troops with them. The super soldiers were mindless and were told to kill any sailors on sight so they went to the edge of the water and tried to attack but fell and drowned in the ocean. The sailors invaded and took some Zainlandese people as hostages and forced the government to pay a ransom of 500 million piclits. The government payed the ransom and the Aneeland sailors gave back the hostages and the government was left in shambles due to being convicted of injecting people.

People rioted agains the government but all who participated were fined and some were persecuted resulting in a smaller civil war between the government and rioters. The war ended quickly after the people realized that rioting was going to do nothing and they went back to their everyday lives. The government put new rules increasing the fine of people who retaliate against the government to make sure no one would rebel against them.
